Terms of Use
Effective Date: January 15, 2026
Welcome to Cunsor. These terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing Cunsor.com, you agree to follow these guidelines and respect the boundaries we've set for safe, productive use of our platform.
We've written these terms in straightforward language. If something isn't clear, reach out. We'd rather clarify now than deal with confusion later.
1. Acceptance and Scope
When you visit our site, register for programs, or use any of our tools, you're entering into an agreement with Cunsor. This isn't just legal boilerplate—it's how we make sure everyone gets a fair experience.
These terms apply to all users, whether you're browsing course information or actively enrolled in a learning program. If you don't agree with any part, you shouldn't use our services.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
2. User Eligibility and Accounts
You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account or enroll in our programs. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must create the account and supervise your participation.
Account Security
When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately.
You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If someone else uses your login—whether you gave permission or not—we'll hold you accountable for their actions.
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your contact details current
- Don't create multiple accounts without permission
- Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Notify us of security breaches promptly
3. Educational Services and Content
Our learning programs focus on AI-powered automation and related technologies. We design curriculum based on current industry practices, but technology changes fast. What we teach reflects our best understanding at the time.
Course materials, videos, documentation, and resources are for your personal educational use. You can't redistribute, sell, or share them outside our platform without written permission.
Program Participation
When you enroll, you're committing to participate actively and respectfully. This means attending scheduled sessions when possible, completing assignments, and engaging with instructors and fellow students in good faith.
We can't guarantee specific outcomes. Learning depends on many factors—your background, time commitment, and how you apply what you learn. Some students will progress faster than others, and that's normal.
We don't promise job placement, specific salary increases, or guaranteed career outcomes. Our programs provide education and skill development—what you do with that knowledge is up to you.
4. Acceptable Use Guidelines
Use our platform responsibly. Don't do anything that disrupts services, harms other users, or violates laws. This should be common sense, but we'll spell it out anyway.
- Don't attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
- Don't upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Don't harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
- Don't post discriminatory, hateful, or offensive content
- Don't use our platform for commercial purposes without authorization
- Don't scrape content, data mine, or use automated tools without permission
- Don't share copyrighted materials that you don't have rights to
- Don't create fake accounts or engage in deceptive practices
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. In serious cases, we may terminate access permanently and report illegal activity to authorities.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Everything on Cunsor.com—the website design, course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos—belongs to us or our licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You get a limited license to access and use our materials for personal educational purposes. That's it. You can't copy our courses, rebrand our content, or use our materials to create competing products.
Your Content
When you post assignments, forum comments, or project work on our platform, you keep ownership. But you grant us permission to use, display, and share that content within our educational context.
For example, we might showcase exceptional student projects as examples for future learners. We won't use your work commercially without separate agreement, but we need flexibility to use it educationally.
6. Payment and Refund Terms
Program fees are clearly stated at enrollment. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We don't store your complete payment information on our servers.
All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You're responsible for any currency conversion fees, transaction charges, or taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from your enrollment date. If the program isn't right for you within those first two weeks, request a refund and we'll process it within 10 business days.
After 14 days, refunds are evaluated case by case. Serious technical problems on our end or documented medical emergencies might qualify. Simply changing your mind or not having enough time doesn't.
If we cancel a program before it starts, you'll receive a full refund automatically. If we cancel mid-program, you'll get a prorated refund based on remaining sessions.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect information needed to provide our services—your name, email, payment details, course progress, and interaction data. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and how we use it.
We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate (payment processors, email services, hosting platforms), but only under strict confidentiality agreements.
You can request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion by contacting us. Some information must be retained for legal or financial record-keeping purposes even after account closure.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
We provide educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to maintain quality, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific results from our programs.
Technology fails sometimes. Servers go down. Videos buffer. Documents have typos. We'll fix problems quickly when they arise, but we're not liable for disruptions outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cunsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.
Educational Outcomes
We can't promise that completing our programs will lead to employment, promotions, or specific income levels. Success depends on factors beyond our control—your effort, market conditions, networking, prior experience, and timing.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences. Your results might differ significantly. We teach skills that have value in the market, but we're not career placement services.
9. Termination Rights
You can close your account anytime by contacting us. We'll process your request within a reasonable timeframe, though some data may be retained as mentioned in our Privacy Policy.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, behave inappropriately toward staff or other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. In most cases, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to correct the problem.
Serious violations—harassment, hacking attempts, sharing pirated content—may result in immediate termination without warning or refund.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform may link to external websites, tools, or resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability.
When you click through to a third-party site, their terms and policies apply. We include links because we think they're useful, but that doesn't mean we endorse everything on those sites.
If you use third-party services integrated with our platform (like payment processors or video conferencing tools), those providers' terms govern that part of your experience.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem with our services, contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Send detailed information about the concern to info@Cunsor.com and we'll work with you toward a solution.
If we can't resolve a dispute informally, any legal action must be brought in the state and federal courts located in Ohio, United States. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict of law principles. This choice of law applies regardless of where you're located when using our services.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding. This means you can't join your claim with others in a lawsuit against us, and we can't join ours with claims against you.
12. General Provisions
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We'll replace invalid provisions with valid ones that achieve similar intent.
Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. Just because we let something slide once doesn't set a permanent precedent.
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and Cunsor regarding your use of our services.
You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We can transfer ours to affiliates or successors in connection with business restructuring.
Questions About These Terms?
If anything in these terms is unclear or you need clarification about specific situations, don't hesitate to reach out. We'd rather answer questions upfront than deal with misunderstandings later.
